Vase of Roses

This vase is a balloon weave that is interesting because the weave is in a spiral fashion. The flowers are now my favorite flowers to make. Hard to describe, but I use 160 balloons.

Helicopter

Helicopter made from watching a Dave Bartlett DVD. Simple to do, yet very impressive. Uses 260s and 160s.

Cute Bear

Bear I learned to make in class. What I learned about this is size. If you made the head larger than the body, it creates a cuter or more of a comically character. This balloon uses double sided tape to affix the ears. The body is also a 5" round balloon where the head is a 11" balloon. The legs and eyes were also affixed with double sided tape. The nose is an apple twist.

Snoopy

I learned to make this snoopy parody in class. The ears were put on with double sided tape. The head was made using a white heart balloon .

Santa Column

This was my first attempt at a balloon column. I found this balloon design on balloonIT.com. I added the buckle. The original design had arms, but I choose not to have them becuase I did not have the correct items. The column stand was a old lamp I had.

3 year old's Birthday Hat

For a 3 year old's birthday who likes cars. I weaved a balloon hat out of white 260s and used glue dots to stick the number 3 balloon. The car I learned from Mike during a balloon jam. However, I made it larger by using a 360 balloon. It kind of looks like a VW Bug.
